Andy Neve is a musician, composer, songwriter, producer and sound designer with over 30 years experience writing and arranging songs and music soundtracks as well as performing professionally as a session keyboard player and vocalist.
Over the years his music has been heard on numerous television and radio programmes including: Wogan (BBC1), Secret Service (BBC1), Tomorrow’s World (BBC1), Business Matters (BBC2) Horizon (BBC1), A Word In Your Ear (BBC1), Over The Moon (Channel 4) The Jarmies (Sky) and 7 BBC World Service radio programmes including Newshour, Newsday, and the 'Sony Radio Award' winning Europe Today.
Television and radio commercials using Andy's music include: Mercedes, Mizuno, Co-op, Meltus, Nat West, Nationwide and many others.
His corporate clients include: British Telecom, Unipart, ICI, Shell, RAC, Cemex, Volkswagen, BP, Saudi Aramco and Reed.
The Nationwide Building Society 'Audio News' and 'Talking News' audio programmes, which spanned a period of five years and which were project managed, produced, edited and distributed by Andy won three separate corporate communication awards.
As a session musician he has worked on stage and in the studio with many artists, producers and record labels including: Alison Moyet (Top 20 Album), Free the Spirit (Top 20 Album), Godley & Crème (10cc), Shirley Bassey (as a songwriter, Top 10 Album), The Move, Bev Bevan (ELO), Craig Leon (Blondie), Nick Magnus (5 Albums) (Steve Hackett, China Crisis), Dave Gregory (XTC, Peter Gabriel, Big Big Train), Universal Music, WEA, Sony Music UK, EMI, etc.
He was a non-executive Director of the Performing Right Society (PRS)
for 12 years and the MCPS-PRS Alliance Board for 8 years.
